Hi,
Thanks for the helpful website.
However, I have other questions, what is a DBA? What do I charge ? How do I get a business office to hire me, since I'm just starting? I've heard of job bids how would I do that or where could I get info? Also how do you become a member?

Confused and Thankful

Hi,

I have been looking into buying a maid franchise in the removed area. Now, I am reconsidering just starting my own cleaning business without a franchise. Would love to chat with someone who has done it. If you have the time and could chat, I would love to know how you do your pricing, how you train the maids and how do you advertise for help. Also, how is competing with the franchises? Where do you buy your vacuums and supplies? Do you provide cars?

Hello,
I am thinking of beginning my own Maid service.
I need more information on : Prices --- How to begin... My sister-in-law, daughter, and I
are looking for a more rewarding job and something where we can be our own boss...
So this is what I came up with, and I got on the internet and here you are.

Please help !!!!!!!!

Greetings,
I like what you have so far of your site. My question is what do you do when you initially start the business, do you want to hire employees to clean the houses? 1. You have no houses for them to clean yet. 2. If you have houses to clean and no employees, what then? 3. How do you train employees without any houses? I think you see what I am talking about. I am very familiar with the cleaning business, but when we started, we worked in the houses on our own. We don't want to do that next time. I say next time because we have to move due to my job, and my wife has to start over. What are your thoughts on this? Also, What is your experience in Residential cleaning.

Thanks for your time,

Your site is very informative. My daughter and I are starting a housecleaning business and I am very interested to know the type and name of the vacuum you use. We live in removed, There's lots of sand and I can really appreciate "dander control" as I have a pet who lives inside. Will bookmark your site for further updates.

Thanks,

I am very interested in starting my own maid service. At this time I know of someone who makes great money working solo, however she is not insured and is not paying taxes. I would like to know more about starting up my business legally. Where do I begin? Thanks for any information you can give me.

One of my biggest concerns about starting up a housecleaning service in my area is my tax responsibilities . Please send start up information . What if any can I claim as a deduction at the end of the year. Can I apply taxes paid toward my social security if so please ease my mind and help direct me toward the proper start up methods.
